Emotional Wellbeing

What will your story be?
What is the Divine Feminine?
5 Energy Tools to use
Here are five energy tools to use to clear your space and prevent energy drains while releasing people’s energy:
Stay centered and grounded.
If you are centered within your spiritual self (instead of your ego) you will sense right away when something has moved into your space. If you are fully grounded, you can easily release other people’s energy and emotions down your grounding cord with your intention.
Be in a state of non-resistance.
What we resists sticks. If you feel uncomfortable around a certain person or in a group, don’t go into resistance as a way to protect yourself as this will only keep foreign energy stuck in your space. Move into a state of non-resistance by imagining that your body is clear and translucent like clear glass or water. This way, if someone throws some invalidation at you, it will pass right through you.
Own your personal aura space.
We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arms length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.
Give yourself an energy cleanse.
The colour white has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a white shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear white energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.
Call back your energy.
When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.
“It was Mary Magdalene who carried the energy and the teachings of the Christ Consciousness into Western Europe through France.
When Mary Magdalene settled in France, she began the work of holding the Christ Light through her presence as part of the Christed “Twin Flame” energy, as well as sharing the energy of the message of the teachings of the Christ Consciousness. This basic message was Peace, Abundance and Unconditional Love, and the knowledge that a time would come when the Earth would be filled with a species of Humans who would carry the Christ Consciousness and who would manifest the Golden Age of Peace and Harmony. In order to share the energy and the teachings, Mary Magdalene travelled extensively and worked as a Teacher and a Leader. The heritage of Feminine Spiritual Leadership and Divine Beauty that was her energy still lingers in the tradition of “Amour courtoisie” and the heritage of the Troubadours, musicians and poets who celebrated the joys of courtly love and the radiant beauty of the Lady.
Of course, after the Catholic crusades and the inquisition, very little remained of this heritage, and the energies of “courtly love” and the stories of the “Holy Grail” are poorly received and understood by scholars today. In its most simple form, this is the essence of what Mary Magdalene brought to France.
She taught her understanding of the Sacred or Twin Flame Union as a model for Sacred Union. She knew that this form of “Spiritual Marriage”, based on the Service of the Light, would become a pattern or Template for relationship and union in the coming Golden Age, or as we would term it, the “New Earth”.
She also taught that the human body itself was the “Holy Grail”, the vessel or container of the Soul and Spirit and the Divine Essence of God. When the Consciousness within the Sacred Vessel of Matter was of a sufficiently high vibration, then that Matter would be transmuted into Angelic Light and the Human Being would become a Human Angel. The Human Angel would have an aura or energetic body of Golden Light, they would indeed become the Golden Chalice or “Holy Grail”.
In her teachings, every human was capable of raising consciousness to the level where this Angelic transmutation would be possible. But, she knew that it would take time for this vibrational frequency to enter into the Collective Consciousness, and for Humans to evolve sufficiently to be able to hold this Golden Light of Divine Consciousness within the Human Chalice. In fact, it would take two thousand years before there would be enough humans to populate the Planet, and that these humans would have developed sufficiently to be able to create a way of becoming a single Planetary Heart and Mind, so that the entire Planet could be lifted into the Golden Light and that the Planet herself could become a Grail of Golden Light.
Mary Magdalene knew there would be energies and forces that would work against the new evolution of Consciousness, but she knew too that her teachings and her energy would survive in this place, and that they would be carried out into the New World when the time came for humans to migrate across the Oceans from Western Europe and to discover the “family” of Humanity in the Indigenous Peoples of the Planet who still held the Sacred Earth teachings. She knew that when the time was right, these Sacred Earth teachings would be shared with the peoples of the West, and that this would help them to raise their consciousness and to learn how to become caretakers for the Planet in this new Golden Age.
And so, as her legacy for this process of transformation, she left the teachings of the Twin Flame and Sacred Union. She knew that this would be needed at this time of Consciousness shift, for the Masculine energy that was needed to populate the Planet would have come to dominate to such an extent that it would be necessary to bring back the Feminine energy and to create the balance needed to create true “Sacred Union”, and to implement the Golden Grid of Twin Flame Union that would hold the Geometrical Pattern or Template for the Golden Energy of Twin Flame Love. But, as a Wise Woman, Mary Magdalene also knew the importance of working with the Elemental energies and respecting the energies of Nature.
…the “Christ Consciousness” as taught by Mary Magdalene is seated in the Heart. It is the Heart that carries the Higher Frequencies of Love and Joy and Peace, and it is only by opening the Heart that we can achieve the Consciousness of the Grail within ourselves and then be ready to share that with others.”

Those who are considered psychics usually have one or more of these gifts which can be used on its own or all together, the most common would be clairsentience. Nearly everyone would say at some point in their lives they have used the “gut feeling”. One to three is common but it is rare to have all of the psychic senses.
Clairvoyance
Clear seeing: The ability to see or have visions: Clairvoyant mediums have the ability to “see” things presented to them in the Mind’s eye or the Third eye. We see these visions as mental flashes which include pictures of people, scenes, places, objects, spirit, symbols and colours.
Clairaudience
Clear Hearing: The ability to “hear” messages from the spirit realm. Messages are being transmitted directly into your mind. At times you may hear a non- descript voice call your name or a mix of voices like listening to a radio.
Clairempathy
Sensing emotion: Everyone can sense emotion but Empathic mediums sense or feel emotions from individuals or spirits. You have the ability to access other people’s emotions and can sense their happiness, joy, elation, pride, sadness, anger and fear.
Clairsentience
Sensing feeling: This is commonly described as ‘gut feeling’ or intuition. You have the ability to sense and feel emotions from spirit both positive and negative. These feelings are being transmitted by your guides and are clearly different from your own feelings. You can receive warnings this way as in feeling that something is not right or get an excited, elated feeling when something wonderful is about to happen.
Clairalience
Sense of smell: An ability to smell a fragrance or odour that is being transmitted by the spirit. Each time, the people around cannot usually smell the odour. It can be related to the spirit who is sending the message such as smelling cigarettes or pipe tobacco for someone who smoked or the person’s favourite perfume.
Clairgustance
Sense of taste: You can “taste” essences being transmitted by spirit. Spirit can transfer a character or behaviour influence to us and sometimes it comes in the form of a flavour. This is usually something that they loved while they were in body.
Clairtangency
Touch or feeling: This is also known as Psychometry. You are able to receive a message by touching or holding an object in your hands. The object is personal and has the vibration of the owner in the composition or material of the item.
You can tell the personality of the owner and perhaps see, hear or feel situations that are going on around the person, past or present.
Why meditation is for everyone
There are many things in life that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind – and to change them for the better. Meditation is an antidote to our own personal sorrows, and to the anxieties, fears, hatreds, and general confusions that beset the human condition.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. The many different meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.
Over the millennia countless meditation practices have been developed. All of them may be described as ‘mind-trainings’, but they take many different approaches. The foundation of all of them, however, is the cultivation of a calm and positive state of mind.
Motives for learning meditation vary. Some people want to improve their concentration for work, study, or even sports; others are looking for relief from stress and peace of mind. Then there are people trying to answer fundamental questions about life. With regular practice, meditation can help all of us to find what we are looking for.
When you sit down to meditate you need to set up your meditation posture in a way that is relaxed but upright, sitting on a cushion, cross-legged on the floor or in a chair. Then you close your eyes, relax, and tune in to how you are feeling. It is important to be sensitive to your experience because this is what you work with in meditation. It is a good idea to take some time to sit quietly before starting a meditation, to slow down and relax. Some gentle stretching can also help.
The techniques of meditation are very simple. However, reading about them is no substitute for learning from an experienced and reliable teacher. A teacher will be able to offer you guidance in how to apply the technique and how to deal with difficulties. Perhaps most importantly, a teacher can offer the encouragement and inspiration of their own example.
A Basic Meditation Technique
The basic tenets of meditation, relaxation and breathing, can be difficult to master in our hectic lives, but if you’re able to find just a few minutes a day, that’s all you need to get started. Benefits of meditation include stress reduction, sharpened concentration, and improved circulation to start. Once you begin to practice, you’ll soon experience a quieter mind, a more open heart, and a sense of inner freedom.
Remember all you need is 5 to 10 minutes a day to get started with meditation:
- Be comfortable in a quiet place.
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. To get started, it doesn’t matter whether you sit or lay down as long as you are comfortable. You can sit cross-legged, on the floor, or on a chair. If you can sit erect, then great. If not, it’s just important to have your body in a somewhat stable position. Then have the palms of your hands face the sky. - Become “present.”
Become totally aware of your current surroundings. What do you hear? How does it feel to sit? Do you feel tension? Where are your thoughts? - Focus on your breath.
As you take long and deep breaths, feel your breath move from your lungs and out through your nostrils or your throat. (Breathing through your nostrils is better though either will work). Your mind will wonder (which is okay), just try your best to be as focused as possible. - Feel your body.
Once you’re focused, take notice of your body and how each body part feels. Start with the toes and work your way up to your head. If your mind continues to wonder then bring your thoughts back to your breath. Breathe 5 to 10 times with full concentration on each breath. Take it a step further and hum “Om” as you breathe out.
5. Practice, practice, practice!
Like anything, practice makes perfect. Make sure to carve out a time each and every day to practice and you’ll find that meditation can be life-changing!
