Here are five energy tools to use to clear your space and prevent energy drains while releasing people’s energy:
Stay centered and grounded.
If you are centered within your spiritual self (instead of your ego) you will sense right away when something has moved into your space. If you are fully grounded, you can easily release other people’s energy and emotions down your grounding cord with your intention.
Be in a state of non-resistance.
What we resists sticks. If you feel uncomfortable around a certain person or in a group, don’t go into resistance as a way to protect yourself as this will only keep foreign energy stuck in your space. Move into a state of non-resistance by imagining that your body is clear and translucent like clear glass or water. This way, if someone throws some invalidation at you, it will pass right through you.
Own your personal aura space.
We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arms length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.
Give yourself an energy cleanse.
The colour white has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a white shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear white energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.
Call back your energy.
When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.
“It was Mary Magdalene who carried the energy and the teachings of the Christ Consciousness into Western Europe through France.
When Mary Magdalene settled in France, she began the work of holding the Christ Light through her presence as part of the Christed “Twin Flame” energy, as well as sharing the energy of the message of the teachings of the Christ Consciousness. This basic message was Peace, Abundance and Unconditional Love, and the knowledge that a time would come when the Earth would be filled with a species of Humans who would carry the Christ Consciousness and who would manifest the Golden Age of Peace and Harmony. In order to share the energy and the teachings, Mary Magdalene travelled extensively and worked as a Teacher and a Leader. The heritage of Feminine Spiritual Leadership and Divine Beauty that was her energy still lingers in the tradition of “Amour courtoisie” and the heritage of the Troubadours, musicians and poets who celebrated the joys of courtly love and the radiant beauty of the Lady.
Of course, after the Catholic crusades and the inquisition, very little remained of this heritage, and the energies of “courtly love” and the stories of the “Holy Grail” are poorly received and understood by scholars today. In its most simple form, this is the essence of what Mary Magdalene brought to France.
She taught her understanding of the Sacred or Twin Flame Union as a model for Sacred Union. She knew that this form of “Spiritual Marriage”, based on the Service of the Light, would become a pattern or Template for relationship and union in the coming Golden Age, or as we would term it, the “New Earth”.
She also taught that the human body itself was the “Holy Grail”, the vessel or container of the Soul and Spirit and the Divine Essence of God. When the Consciousness within the Sacred Vessel of Matter was of a sufficiently high vibration, then that Matter would be transmuted into Angelic Light and the Human Being would become a Human Angel. The Human Angel would have an aura or energetic body of Golden Light, they would indeed become the Golden Chalice or “Holy Grail”.
In her teachings, every human was capable of raising consciousness to the level where this Angelic transmutation would be possible. But, she knew that it would take time for this vibrational frequency to enter into the Collective Consciousness, and for Humans to evolve sufficiently to be able to hold this Golden Light of Divine Consciousness within the Human Chalice. In fact, it would take two thousand years before there would be enough humans to populate the Planet, and that these humans would have developed sufficiently to be able to create a way of becoming a single Planetary Heart and Mind, so that the entire Planet could be lifted into the Golden Light and that the Planet herself could become a Grail of Golden Light.
Mary Magdalene knew there would be energies and forces that would work against the new evolution of Consciousness, but she knew too that her teachings and her energy would survive in this place, and that they would be carried out into the New World when the time came for humans to migrate across the Oceans from Western Europe and to discover the “family” of Humanity in the Indigenous Peoples of the Planet who still held the Sacred Earth teachings. She knew that when the time was right, these Sacred Earth teachings would be shared with the peoples of the West, and that this would help them to raise their consciousness and to learn how to become caretakers for the Planet in this new Golden Age.
And so, as her legacy for this process of transformation, she left the teachings of the Twin Flame and Sacred Union. She knew that this would be needed at this time of Consciousness shift, for the Masculine energy that was needed to populate the Planet would have come to dominate to such an extent that it would be necessary to bring back the Feminine energy and to create the balance needed to create true “Sacred Union”, and to implement the Golden Grid of Twin Flame Union that would hold the Geometrical Pattern or Template for the Golden Energy of Twin Flame Love. But, as a Wise Woman, Mary Magdalene also knew the importance of working with the Elemental energies and respecting the energies of Nature.
…the “Christ Consciousness” as taught by Mary Magdalene is seated in the Heart. It is the Heart that carries the Higher Frequencies of Love and Joy and Peace, and it is only by opening the Heart that we can achieve the Consciousness of the Grail within ourselves and then be ready to share that with others.”

“According to Egyptian mythology, every 500 years the Phoenix self-immolates, meaning that it voluntarily lights itself on fire so that it may be reborn as a greater expression of itself.
Did you know that 95% of who we are is a set of unconscious thoughts, automatic programs, repetitive habits, emotional reactions, and memorized behaviors? These routine programs affect us mentally, spiritually, physically, chemically, biologically, and genetically, and they serve to keep us stuck in the past. When we’re entrenched in these life patterns, we might as well be a hamster on the proverbial wheel— and the only way to step off the wheel is to become aware that you’re on it. In other words, the only mode to produce change is to bring consciousness to what we were unconscious of, and we do this by observing our thoughts, perceptions, behaviors, emotions, and actions.
To become a master of our thoughts and emotions, like the Phoenix, we need to be able to sit in the discomfort of the fire. Sitting in the fire is both the process and the initiation, and for many it can be a very difficult and painful process. The body craves the past, and by using our will to overcome the safety and comfort of the past, the body goes through all sorts of transformations on a moment-to-moment basis. I can tell you from experience that there have been countless times during my meditations where I’ve felt like a pugilist backed into the corner of a ring, and my opponent—the insufferable voice in my head called the ego—delivers body blow after body blow. Its strategy is not to land the knock-out punch, but rather to weaken and disable.
The metaphor of lighting the self on fire is sitting in the presence of that discomfort for a long enough period of time—continuously observing ourselves—until the ego tires itself out. Every time you win that round by becoming conscious of those unconscious thoughts, programs, behaviors, and attitudes, you are raising your energy—because consciousness is awareness and awareness is paying attention. You can’t have consciousness without energy, so the moment you start raising your awareness, you start raising your energy, and consequently moving closer to the unified field.”

It is fairly well known that Metatron represents the masculine, divine power, otherwise known as the Christ Consciousness. What is not commonly known is that his feminine divine correspondent is Shekinah.
Together they create a healthy balance of masculine and feminine divine energies and can help us to a better understanding of our spiritual role.
Shekinah is the manifestation of the Wisdom Goddess of the Kabbalah, the Old Testament and Merkavah Mysticism. She encompasses the primordial light of creation, the wisdom of the serpent and the inspiration of the dove.
She is the beauty of the lily and the embodiment of the Tree of Life. She is also the World soul, heavenly glory, mother of angels, inspiration for prophecy, and source of souls, as well as being the Shabbat Bride and the wife of God.
These goddesses include the Sumerian Inanna, the Egyptian Ma’at, the Graeco-Egyptian Isis, the Semitic Anat and Astarte and the Canaanite Asherah.
It is from these ancient sources the unnamed Wisdom Goddess and wife of God portrayed in the Old Testament and early Jewish wisdom literature arose.
It is this unnamed Wisdom Goddess who would subsequently become the source for the development of Shekinah as well as the Gnostic Sophia.
The influence of the feminine divine as Shekinah has continued to find expression, with the Mary and the Holy Spirit of Christianity and the Sakina of Islam all being shaped by her enduring influence.
Shekinah has always been present throughout history, even when she has been suppressed and disguised by deliberate exclusion and mistranslation.
Her presence is now being felt more than ever as humanity awakens to the power and wisdom of the Divine Feminine.
Those who are considered psychics usually have one or more of these gifts which can be used on its own or all together, the most common would be clairsentience. Nearly everyone would say at some point in their lives they have used the “gut feeling”. One to three is common but it is rare to have all of the psychic senses.
Clear seeing: The ability to see or have visions: Clairvoyant mediums have the ability to “see” things presented to them in the Mind’s eye or the Third eye. We see these visions as mental flashes which include pictures of people, scenes, places, objects, spirit, symbols and colours.
Clear Hearing: The ability to “hear” messages from the spirit realm. Messages are being transmitted directly into your mind. At times you may hear a non- descript voice call your name or a mix of voices like listening to a radio.
Sensing emotion: Everyone can sense emotion but Empathic mediums sense or feel emotions from individuals or spirits. You have the ability to access other people’s emotions and can sense their happiness, joy, elation, pride, sadness, anger and fear.
Sensing feeling: This is commonly described as ‘gut feeling’ or intuition. You have the ability to sense and feel emotions from spirit both positive and negative. These feelings are being transmitted by your guides and are clearly different from your own feelings. You can receive warnings this way as in feeling that something is not right or get an excited, elated feeling when something wonderful is about to happen.
Sense of smell: An ability to smell a fragrance or odour that is being transmitted by the spirit. Each time, the people around cannot usually smell the odour. It can be related to the spirit who is sending the message such as smelling cigarettes or pipe tobacco for someone who smoked or the person’s favourite perfume.
Sense of taste: You can “taste” essences being transmitted by spirit. Spirit can transfer a character or behaviour influence to us and sometimes it comes in the form of a flavour. This is usually something that they loved while they were in body.
Touch or feeling: This is also known as Psychometry. You are able to receive a message by touching or holding an object in your hands. The object is personal and has the vibration of the owner in the composition or material of the item.
You can tell the personality of the owner and perhaps see, hear or feel situations that are going on around the person, past or present.
While most Starseeds appear to have come to Earth to teach and heal its citizens, not all Starseeds are intent on helping us evolve. Some of them have come to this planet for their benefit or to support a darker mission. Regardless of how exotic, not every soul has intentions based on light and love.
Here are some of the more popular and known types of Starseeds.
These souls come from the planets Sirius A and Sirius B. Sirius A is the brightest star in the Earth’s sky. Its original inhabitants came from Vega, in the Lyra constellation, the supposed home of Earth’s ancestors. Sirius B is a smaller star and home to the water beings like the Miengu and Merpeople. These two planets initiated the awakening of all human beings. It is said that Sirius A gave us Ascended Masters like Jesus and Mother Mary.
These Starseeds come from the Pleiades, a star cluster also known as Seven Sisters, Messier 45, and The Eye of the Bull, found within the constellation Taurus. You can see a rendition of this cluster in the Subaru automobile logo. Pleiadians are the record keepers for Earth and claim the planet is more than 600 billion years old. The Pleiadian’s exist within a fifth-dimensional frequency, which is where love and creativity are born. They are a matriarchal society that elevates women, children, and families. The Pleiadians behave much like humans, except they are far more emotionally and spiritually evolved. Some might use their advanced skills to manoeuvre human beings, although most have come to Earth to help it expand its consciousness and evolve.
These profound beings come from Arcturus, the most advanced civilization in our galaxy. They are fifth-dimensional beings and built a society that became the original prototype for how to live on Earth. Arcturians are emotionally and mentally advanced and were intended to be the spiritual shamans and healers for humanity. Some say that when human beings die, they pass through Arcturian energetic architecture in their journeys from death to rebirth. Like all fifth through ninth dimensional societies, Arcturus has the feeling of an angelic realm. Yet, it can be a helpful landing station for etheric forms, nonphysical consciousness, and rebirthing souls to again become accustomed to a grounded, physical reality. Arcturus is the brightest star in the Bootes constellation.
This loving, benevolent, and telepathic race is from the spiral-shaped Andromeda Galaxy, otherwise known as MS31 or M31. These beautiful beings have one mission: to bring peace and love to the races enslaved by the Reptilians. Not only heart-centered, Andromedan beings are also intellectually advanced and masters in all categories of science. This balance of the left and right brain gives the Andromedan a unique position in the Universe.
The Orions will ask questions about every detail. They’ll try to create living beings here on Earth who are based in mind. They are obsessed with science and research, and sadly, lack an understanding of their hearts. The Orion mission on Earth is to help improve our understanding of the value of science. Their personal, group, spiritual mission is to learn from humanoids how to be more trusting and faithful. While some Orions have spiritual aspirations, others are agents for the Reptilians and other races that seek to control Earth, rather than emancipate it.
These beings from the Lyra constellation can be found depicted in the artwork of Earth’s ancient civilizations, most notably Egypt, with its feline-headed gods and goddesses. These beings are psychic and telepathic and tend to develop spiritual skills rather than ones that feed or benefit their physical realities. They live mostly in the higher dimensions, seeking light, clarity, and abundance through connections with the eternal consciousness. The Felines bring grace to humanity and hope to inspire creativity in all of Earth’s living beings.
Maldek was a planet in our solar system with attributes similar to Earth. Its citizens depended on robotic technologies, much like the trends here on Earth, and they eventually became lazy and sick. In their lust for power, they destroyed their planet, which caused some of them to seek a new home here on Earth. The Maldek learned from their mistakes and hope to inspire humanoids to make better choices in politics, technology, health, and communication.
Lemurian and Atlantean:
These two lands, long ago lost in Earth’s seas, were advanced civilizations that developed philosophical, spiritual, and healing technologies. It is said that they were the first Starseed tribes to form direct exchanges with races from other planets. Given their innovation and commitment to advancement, Lemurians and Atlanteans flourished here on Earth. Similar to Maldek, these cultures eventually destroyed themselves through greed, laziness, and disease. Even though these situations were devastating, the many ideas, technologies, and spiritual attributes they developed were not lost. Some of these culture’s most advanced souls were rescued and became Starseed for other planets throughout the Universe, including current and future incarnations here on Earth.
Avian and Blue Avian:
This lovely group is humanoid, but with birdlike features. While we are living in the third dimension, Avians live in the higher dimensions between the sixth and the ninth. This is akin to our angelic realms where living beings are more energetically fluid, opaque, and less attached to their physical realities. The Avians are in partnership with the Pleiadians, with whom they work to help human beings feel more fulfilled on Earth. Avians are generally expansive visionaries with uplifting personalities. They seek to help us understand the potentialities around spiritual freedom and our multi-dimensional abilities.
Also known as Lizard People, Saurians, and Draconians, these shape-shifters seek to control Earth in the pursuit of selfish benefit. David Icke has reported on the Reptilians, noting that they seek political power on Earth to manipulate human societies, cultures, and human development. Many believe that some Reptilians are living among us with altered physical appearances. Others say that Reptilian spirits enter the bodies of our most prized politicians and sway them away from values and decisions that would benefit the people of the Earth. Luckily, the Reptilians have many enemies who live in the light and have the mission to combat all darkness.
The Lightworker are special souls from a variety of planets and realms who have agreed to incarnate to help Earth and other worlds evolve. They always take births that up-level humanity and raise the consciousness of everyone around them. Their primary purpose is to spread kindness, goodness, and love to every living being they meet. Lightworkers are not beholden to any planet, culture, society, or mission. They work solely for the light.
Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow:
Individuals from these three soul groups often possess special or supernatural abilities, including telepathy, clairvoyance, light-emanation, energy-cleansing, deep empathy, and reality-shifting. Indigos are infused with the power of Archangel Michael and can be stubborn in their intolerance of unfairness. Crystals are infused with the light, joy, and clarity of Archangel Gabriel, and tend to be more fair and kind than their Indigo and Rainbow siblings. Often diagnosed with some form of autism, Rainbow children are the latest wave of healing souls to come to Earth. With a natural detachment from the physical world, these three groups see interactions with this world as spiritual exercises instead of personally advancing events. As the story goes, these lightworkers were encouraged by their soul groups in distant galaxies to serve humanity on Earth selflessly.

There are many things in life that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind – and to change them for the better. Meditation is an antidote to our own personal sorrows, and to the anxieties, fears, hatreds, and general confusions that beset the human condition.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. The many different meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.
Over the millennia countless meditation practices have been developed. All of them may be described as ‘mind-trainings’, but they take many different approaches. The foundation of all of them, however, is the cultivation of a calm and positive state of mind.
Motives for learning meditation vary. Some people want to improve their concentration for work, study, or even sports; others are looking for relief from stress and peace of mind. Then there are people trying to answer fundamental questions about life. With regular practice, meditation can help all of us to find what we are looking for.
When you sit down to meditate you need to set up your meditation posture in a way that is relaxed but upright, sitting on a cushion, cross-legged on the floor or in a chair. Then you close your eyes, relax, and tune in to how you are feeling. It is important to be sensitive to your experience because this is what you work with in meditation. It is a good idea to take some time to sit quietly before starting a meditation, to slow down and relax. Some gentle stretching can also help.
The techniques of meditation are very simple. However, reading about them is no substitute for learning from an experienced and reliable teacher. A teacher will be able to offer you guidance in how to apply the technique and how to deal with difficulties. Perhaps most importantly, a teacher can offer the encouragement and inspiration of their own example.
A Basic Meditation Technique
The basic tenets of meditation, relaxation and breathing, can be difficult to master in our hectic lives, but if you’re able to find just a few minutes a day, that’s all you need to get started. Benefits of meditation include stress reduction, sharpened concentration, and improved circulation to start. Once you begin to practice, you’ll soon experience a quieter mind, a more open heart, and a sense of inner freedom.
Remember all you need is 5 to 10 minutes a day to get started with meditation:
- Be comfortable in a quiet place.
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. To get started, it doesn’t matter whether you sit or lay down as long as you are comfortable. You can sit cross-legged, on the floor, or on a chair. If you can sit erect, then great. If not, it’s just important to have your body in a somewhat stable position. Then have the palms of your hands face the sky.
- Become “present.”
Become totally aware of your current surroundings. What do you hear? How does it feel to sit? Do you feel tension? Where are your thoughts?
- Focus on your breath.
As you take long and deep breaths, feel your breath move from your lungs and out through your nostrils or your throat. (Breathing through your nostrils is better though either will work). Your mind will wonder (which is okay), just try your best to be as focused as possible.
- Feel your body.
Once you’re focused, take notice of your body and how each body part feels. Start with the toes and work your way up to your head. If your mind continues to wonder then bring your thoughts back to your breath. Breathe 5 to 10 times with full concentration on each breath. Take it a step further and hum “Om” as you breathe out.
5. Practice, practice, practice!
Like anything, practice makes perfect. Make sure to carve out a time each and every day to practice and you’ll find that meditation can be life-changing!
Breath ties your body to your mind. There are a large number of us that do not breathe deeply enough causing residual air to lay stagnant in the lungs. Your body functions better on fresh air and the mind is no exception. To balance the activity of modern life there must be stillness. This can assist us to release anger, grief, fear and any other negative emotions. Deep breathing helps to nourish and revitalise the entire body while allowing it to relax.
This breathing exercise is the beginning point of meditation. By focusing on your breathing, you leave behind the rushing thoughts within the mind. It can be done anytime of the day for as little as 5 to 10 mins. Meditation and breathing can assist problem solving, reveal more personal creativity, assist physical and emotional healing, open contact and connection with higher powers and open your consciousness on an energetic and spiritual level.
- Sit down comfortably, with your feet flat on the floor with your spine straight on the back of the chair.
- Place your hands on your diaphragm
- Inhale slowly through your nose to the count of eight. One – two – three – four – five – six – seven – eight. While inhaling imagine that you are breathing in not only air through your nose but also energy through your crown charka.
- Hold this inhale for six counts. Ensuring your hands are over your diaphragm on inhale making sure your hands rise as air fills your body
- Exhale the breath slowly, through the mouth to the count of ten. One – two – three – four – five – six – seven – eight keep pushing – nine almost there! – ten.
- Exhale slowly and you can repeat the process as many times as you feel necessary or you like. Don’t be frustrated if nothing happens you will not be “instantly enlightened”.
- With your mind move around your body, starting from your feet allowing them to relax. Repeat this from your legs through to your face. Allow all held tension to drain away. Telling each part of your body “I am relaxed”
- Once you feel your session is complete allow yourself to realign with your physical body and carry this feeling of relaxation and peace throughout your day.
